Unlock Umbada’s Trading Outpost by defeating the Shrine Guardian, collecting its Stone Duck Figurine and returning to a Crystal Monument. After that introduction, use the monument’s Shop option for later visits. You do not need to find an ordinary storefront somewhere along the island road.

Open the shop connection

The opening requirement is the Shrine Guardian, not the optional Grave Guardian in the cemetery. Reach the Endu Shrine using its key from the Crypt, defeat the boss and inspect the post-fight pickup before leaving.

The Stone Duck Figurine connects the next monument visit to the outpost. If you have beaten the boss but cannot trade, check that you actually collected its reward rather than only entering the shrine for Endu. The Crypt and shrine-key route covers the earlier lock if you have not reached that encounter yet.

At later monuments, distinguish Shop from Rest and Save. Each option has its own purpose; visiting the merchant is not a substitute for making a manual save before a long exploration trip.

Expand the stock with duck figurines

Additional figurines expand the merchandise. The early published route records these three milestones:

FigurineProgression landmark
Stone Duck FigurineShrine Guardian; establishes outpost access
Silver Duck FigurineDagoom the Sea King in Obmuer Temple
Golden Duck FigurineNecronomicon in the Tower of Knowledge

Bring later finds back to Umbada rather than treating them as ordinary equipment. A new shop row can be a reason to revisit the outpost after a boss, even when you do not need another basic weapon.

The official achievement A Fine Collection concerns the complete figurine collection. The three early rewards above are not presented as the entire set. The current sources do not support a reliable full route to every remaining duck, so this page does not invent the final deliveries.

Spend Ancient Coins on a current problem

The useful purchase depends on what is slowing your progress. A weapon with another damage type can help when your current attacks meet resistance. Extra throwing capacity serves a different need from a defensive accessory or a consumable cure.

Compare the weapon damage roles before buying another similar sword. If a status effect is disrupting attacks, check the condition and cure guide instead of assuming that more Power solves it.

The published shop tables contain items unlocked by different figurines, and some throwing-weapon rows depend on having found the corresponding weapon. An item absent from your current menu may therefore be a progression issue rather than a missing island vendor.

What to do with Loot Sacks

Loot Sacks are treasures for selling, not bags you open to choose equipment. Published routes connect sack variants with the Star Lizard family: ordinary, aquatic and learned lizards appear in different regions. Keep the treasure category in mind when checking your inventory.

Use the merchant interface to inspect what can be sold and for how much. Source summaries differ in how they discuss duplicate sales and repeatable income, so this guide does not promise unlimited money from repeatedly selling the same sack. Exploration and new treasure finds are a sounder planning assumption than an unverified farming loop.
