The eight Sipeha seals are an island-wide objective linked to the sealed Temple of Puwema passage and the True Holy Sword Akunra route. Wear the Mask of Second Sight with the relevant lenses. Search two locations beneath the starting island, two beneath the Tower, and one each in Deimpo Mausoleum, Rotting Cavern, Obmuer Temple and Record of Sin.

Prepare the mask before repeating old routes

The Steam seal guide warns that the mask must be equipped, not merely carried. Its lenses govern which magical obstacles you can reveal or remove. A statue you remember seeing earlier may require a return visit with the correct lens rather than another weapon level.

At least one route also depends on Jigeki-related progression. Use the Jigeki Lens and key-part guide if you can identify a seal’s area but cannot clear the magic blocking access. The mask is not described here as a detector for every ordinary hidden wall.

Eight locations grouped by search area

The table is a regional checklist, not an activation order or a promise of a complete walking route from each altar. It combines the primary guide’s region counts with the landmarks in the published statue reference.

Seal searchArea and distinguishing landmark
Starting island, firstHidden lower room beneath an early Isle of Neasied teleporter
Starting island, secondA separate concealed chamber in the island’s underground passages
Lower Tower, firstRecessed statue chamber in the underground Tower complex
Lower Tower, secondUnderground Prison’s second-floor boss room; prepare for an encounter beyond the door
Deimpo MausoleumSecret route associated with stairs below the teleporter and the larger chasm area
Rotting CavernRuined chamber beyond corrupted-water routes; check lens-dependent obstructions
Obmuer TempleLower temple route with a candlelit statue alcove
Record of SinSeated statue in a recessed chamber

The duplicated regions are the important counting check. Finding one statue below the starting island or one below the Tower does not complete that region’s contribution. Record which actual room you visited so that two similar underground corridors do not become one mental checkpoint.

If the temple passage remains sealed

First count eight distinct seals, then revisit any area where you only found a landmark without actually clearing its magic. Keep the mask equipped during that check. If a route is still obstructed, review the lens requirement before repeatedly trying the same jump.

Rotting Cavern is the useful example: the Steam guide specifically points readers toward Jigeki’s Lens to expose and remove the relevant magic. More Wind Dashes do not replace that interaction. Avoid treating corrupted water as a simple movement test when the route has a magical prerequisite.

What to check before the sword stage

The Steam guide’s author and a player correction both say Endu must be fully developed for the later sword interaction. The guide also reminds players to collect the sword fragments after the Mausoleum boss. If you reach the temple but receive a message about an insufficient bond, check that equipment progression instead of assuming the seals reset.

This page does not assign a new numerical bond threshold or invent an additional forge recipe. Use the weapon evolution notes to distinguish the earlier Soul Bound Endu step from the later Akunra objective.

Different puzzles to keep separate

These eight seals are not the six Puwema sigils inside Deimpo Mausoleum, and neither objective is solved by relighting the three outdoor Gargoyle beacons. Count and identify the current barrier before choosing a guide.
